Reminder: A is to get you writing, and B is to really challenge you.

A. Write about at least one of your character’s new year’s resolutions, and reasons behind them. (inspired by https://www.indigoextra.com/blog/creative-writing-exercises)

B. Write something using no monosyllabic (one syllable) words.

There are two challenges. The first one is to get you writing (A), and the second is a difficult one to really get you thinking (B).

You don't have to do either, but you can do do one or both if you want. You'll also be able to show them off in the writing gallery here on Saturday.

Challenge A: Write either three days of journal entries for one character, or one day of journal entries for three characters.

Challenge B: In 100 words or less, describe your favourite thing, and then write at least 500 words about something you feel absolutely neutral about.
